My experience at Dainfern Dental Studio today for a check-up and cleaning was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment you walk into the practice, you are warmly welcomed by Danica, who already has everything organised and ready, even though this was my first visit. The entire process was efficient, well-managed, and started exactly on time. Rachel was incredibly friendly and courteous, shuttling us to X-rays and then through to the doctor with the biggest smile, which immediately made the visit feel comfortable and pleasant. Dr Pienaar was exceptional. He took meticulous care to discuss all my concerns before the examination and then spent considerable time clearly explaining what he saw and what remedial work would be needed. His thoroughness and professionalism were truly impressive. I also have to mention Elize, who gave me the most thorough cleaning I have ever had. Every tooth received careful attention, and the level of detail and care was remarkable. Overall, my experience at DDS was phenomenal. Deep cleaning with Elize Smith was thorough with a high obsessiveness for cleaning! Elize was empathetic to my sensitivity and explained the strategy of working quickly where sensitive to minimize my discomfort while achieving my need of super clean teeth. Will be back for my every 6 month deep clean routine!
